Está organizado por el Centro Paraguayo de Estudios de Desarrollo Económico y Social (CEPADES) y el Prof. Econ. MEE Aldo Centurión López, que ha sido negociador por PARAGUAY, es consultor, investigador y autor de libros sobre el MERCOSUR.

Recordar el 50 aniversario de la FROSEP, es mas que nada recordar y rendir homenaje a su inspirador y creador, el querido y jamás olvidado sacerdote redentorista Padre Federico Schiavón. Ciudadano italiano integrado a Pilar enteramente, como el mas fanático pilarense, visionario, futurista, dedicó su vida a crear escuelas, colegios, escuela de artes y oficio, escuela agraria, instaló una fábrica de lácteos, la industria Ciclomecánica, fábrica de productos derivados de pescados para apoyar a los pescadores de forma cooperativa, inspiró la creación de la Coodeñe, su amplia visión y espíritu cristiano alentaba obras que ayude al desarrollo humano y de la comunidad a la que tanto amaba. Esa misma visión ajena a toda mezquindad, lo inspiró a crear una fundación que integre todas sus obras educacionales y sociales en una institución, que bajo la dirección de su amada congregación redentorista siga sirviendo y sea de Pilar. Se llevó a cabo la ejecución del proyecto denominado “La figura del Refugio en el marco de los Derechos Humanos y el Derecho Internacional”, que tuvo lugar en el salón «Escribano Arnulfo Quintana» de la Facultad.En la apertura habló el señor Decano Dr. Víctor H. Encina Silva y el embajador Eco. Carlos Gamarra, en su carácter de Presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Apátridas y Refugiados. Conforme al programa del evento la primera disertación estuvo a cargo de Juliana Bello a través de la plataforma zoom, Oficial del alto comisionado de las Naciones Unidas por los refugiados (ACNUR) y seguidamente el Abg. Rildo Riveros, 1° oficial administrativo de la Secretaría Ejecutiva de la Comisión Nacional de Refugiados CONARE. El evento fue propiciado desde la Unidad de Extensión Extensión de la Facultad y dirigido a toda la comunidad.
En la Facultad de Derecho, Ciencias Políticas y Sociales de la UNP, en fecha 24 de agosto, se llevó a cabo la reunión de socialización de los trabajos enmarcados en los procesos de aseguramiento de la calidad de las carreras de Derecho y Trabajo Social.
